Stuff Added
Added a couple of little things to the page yesterday, which took far longer than they should have because of a 90 minute gap in the middle when I was fixing my keyboard. You see, the keyboard developed a mind of its own and decided that I didn’t need to type once Windows booted up.
But despite the forces arrayed against me, I prevailed long enough to jump on a couple of bandwagons and added a Last.fm box to my sidebar, which displays the last five songs I played on my computer. Also, above the posts here you may notice a Twitter update line. I’ll try to keep that updated more often than I update the site.
I did end up beating Mass Effect the other day, and let me tell you, they best come out with more of these like they’re supposedly planning. It is the most fun I’ve had getting to the end of a game in a long time. I probably haven’t gotten that much enjoyment out of finishing a game since Neverwinter Nights, probably. I have an issue with finishing games that require me to grind a lot to beat the end. I don’t think I rush through the games too fast to get the proper development in before the end, and hauling me up breaks the flow. Mass Effect never felt like that to me, it just kept dragging me on – not breakneck to the end, but I could do the missions at my own pace, skip what I wanted and go right through to the end. Now I want more. You hear me, Bioware?
Now to pick up Eternal Sonata.
