My Annual Cold

This past week has been horrible for me.  I missed three days of work because of a massive cold that knocked me right out, and I’m still recovering.  I mostly played World of Warcraft the whole time because that was the only thing I could do that didn’t require me to move much.  This year I didn’t drag it out, however, and once my head started exploding I called the doctor and got an antibiotic, so I will be able to go to work Monday.  I will be incredibly backed up, but at least I didn’t make everyone else there miserable/sick.  I did, however, manage to pass the cold along to my brother.

That being said, I haven’t managed any extra work this weekend.  I managed to get my review of Ticket to Ride finished Friday night (Saturday morning), so feel free to check that out.  I got my laptop from work so I could do some programming, but I probably won’t do that.  Maybe I’ll work on a little carpentry tomorrow, but I doubt it.  I’ll probably just go visit my family for a little bit, and then at least start the two columns I have due this week.  Warcraft Wednesday will be easy, as I’ve done a lot of stuff over the last two weeks, but I have a video game column due Thursday and I have no idea what to talk about.  Maybe NHL 09.
